Insurance And Financial Policy
Our office participates with many insurance companies and since changes in policies are constant, it is not easy to identify individual coverage, eligibility, and financial responsibility. Thus, it is your responsibility to understand your own insurance coverage. Any questions about your coverage, deductibles, or co-payments should be directed toward your insurance carrier and employer. Remember, the legal guardian is ultimately responsible for all costs incurred at our office. Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your employer and not with the insurance company and us, your doctor. Keeping this in mind, we will attempt to aid you in resolving conflicts whenever possible.
Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need. To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options:
- Major credit cards such as Visa, and MasterCard. We also offer Med Direct-in the West Bloomfield office, and CareCredit in our Taylor office.
